Food diary

Breakfast
Slide whole wheat toast with 2 tsp each Nutella and peanut butter (320)
Coffee with skim milk and Splenda (30)

Snack
Joanne's zoo animal (100)

Lunch
Jimmy Johns veggie sandwich on wheat with dill pickle, and mayo v mustard (512)

Snack
Jimmy Johns chips (300)
Mini Reese cup and mini York Peppermint Patty (97)

Dinner
Glass red wine (125)
Slice whole wheat toast with 1/2 banana and 2 tsp. each Nutella and peanut butter (313)

Total = 1,797

Exercise = Pilates class

  1. hi Robin... love that your bloggin your food intake. I really need to do this more.. I am good for a couple days, then forget... blah blah blah. lol
    Do you drink alot of water? you dont get much for your dinners? Are you trying a certain diet? or just watching your calories?

  2. Thanks Robin. This is new to try a blog to post my food diary. I'm hoping making it public will make me more accountable. I try to simply follow the food pyramid and count calories: dairy, grains, protein, fruits/vegetables. I try to stick with whole grains, but fall victim to potato chips and other snacks. I also tend to get my protein from eggs, beans and other sources instead of meat. I drink water and Diet Soda at work, but then forget on the weekends.

    It's so hard, and I welcome any advice you have for successes!
